"YOU CAN'T BE WEALTHY WITHOUT BEING HEALTHY FIRST"
Having good health is the definition of being wealthy.
In a world obsessed with the daily grind and chasing that elusive dollar bill, it's easy to forget the simple joys in life, belly laughs with friends, feeling as fit as a fiddle, and actually having time to binge-watch your favourite shows guilt-free.
But fear not! You can break free from the shackles of the 9-5 grind and embrace a holistic approach to living your best life. Because let's face it, true wealth isn't just about fat stacks of cash—it's about having a full heart, a fit body, and enough time actually to enjoy the ride. So let's ditch the rat race and start savoring life's sweetest moments, one belly laugh at a time!
The four dimensions of health are:
Mental Health (Inner peace):
- Achieve mindfulness for oneself
- A state of self-awareness and acceptance of one’s conditions and feelings.
Physical Health (Body):
- A healthy body helps stay away from diseases and creates mindfulness.
- Eat right, exercise regularly, sleep enough.
Spiritual Health (Holistic):
- Prioritize your well-being through mindful practices.
- Fuel your passions without limitations from poor health.
Social Health (Society):
- Take control of your schedule for a balanced and stress-free life.
- Pursue hobbies, passions, and quality time with loved ones.
As the saying goes:
"Health is the new wealth.
Happiness in the new rich.
Inner peace is the new success."
Here are the three areas I focus on each day to improve my wellbeing:
What I've done
As I have grown older and gained some wisdom, I have come to realize that taking care of my body is of utmost importance. There are several reasons for this, but mainly because as you age, the likelihood of falling ill, feeling tired, sluggish, experiencing brain fog or hangovers increases. It's just not a good state to be in.
This, however, does not mean that one cannot go out, party, eat their favourite foods or indulge occasionally. But more often than not, it is crucial to prioritize one's mindset and well-being by focusing on nutrition and maintaining good physical health.
There are no hard and fast rules, but it is true that what you put into your body is what you get out of it.

My Top Tips
GUT HEALTH
EAT THE RAINBOW
You should eat 30 plants a week. It’s sometimes called the 30-plant challenge, but the idea of eating 30 types of plants each week is more than just a fad. There’s real science to back it up.
WEIGHT GAIN
AVOID INSULIN SPIKES
It’s normal for your blood sugar to rise after you eat. But if you have large blood sugar spikes regularly, it increases your risk of developing a range of diseases, including heart disease.
STAVE OFF DISEASE
NO TO ULTRA-PROCESSED
According to a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, consuming too much ultra-processed food and sugar can increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other health problems, making it one of the leading causes of death worldwide.
